ONLINE PRIVACY STATEMENT Listmedia Network Inc. ("Listmedia Network", "We" or "Us") has created this Privacy Statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the Listmedia Network web sites (the "FunnyJokes.com Site"). We gather certain information that you provide to us, some passively and some actively, and we want to ensure that all users of the FunnyJokes.com Site are aware of exactly how and for what purpose that information is being used. Listmedia Network believes that the information you provide to us is essential to your enjoyment and successful use of the FunnyJokes.com Site. The information we request is the minimum we believe necessary to achieve this goal. 1. What data does Listmedia Network collect? a. If you opt for this feature, you must provide a valid e-mail address during the registration process. 2. The FunnyJokes.com Site maintains public message boards. Posting to these message boards requires you to register with Listmedia Network. When posting to these message boards, you can do so under a pseudonym. If you do choose to post this information, please be aware that Listmedia Network cannot control and assumes no responsibility for the collection, use or misuse of this publicly accessible information by other visitors to the FunnyJokes.com Site. 3. The FunnyJokes.com Site has newsletters distributed via e-mail. If you choose to subscribe to this feature, you must provide a valid e-mail address. Your e-mail address will be used only by Listmedia Network for the distribution of the newsletter and any promotions or marketing that we feel may be of interest to you and will not be divulged to any third party, except as required by court order. All users should be aware that, when they disclose personal information such as their actual name, e-mail address, etc., the information may be collected and used by others to send that person unsolicited e-mail from other parties outside Listmedia Network. d. The privacy of minors. Listmedia Network believes that it is particularly important to protect the privacy of minors online. Listmedia Network defines a "minor" as any person under 13 years of age. Listmedia Network does not share personal information about minor users with third parties, and Listmedia Network does not sell or rent personal information about any of our users, regardless of age. e. When you order products from us, we also collect personally identifiable information from you. If you order one of our products or services, we will collect and maintain your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information, order number, referring URL, IP address and a password. Companies that place advertising on our sites may have the ability to assign you a separate cookie while you are accessing the FunnyJokes.com Site. We do not control these cookies, nor do we have access to this information. d. From time to time, Listmedia Network may offer contests and sweepstakes sponsored by third party businesses or in connection with third party content partners. Listmedia Network may share with such third parties entrant information collected by Listmedia Network if the entrant opts in to receive information from such third party. Listmedia Network cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our servers for illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report any illegal activity to law enforcement for prosecution. 4. Financial information. Financial information may be requested of you either as part of an online survey the results of which are to be used for demographic analysis purposes or in conjunction with the purchase of goods and services from the FunnyJokes.com Site.
